On cleansed eyelashes, apply the serum to the roots of the upper and lower eyelashes with the foam tip, then to all the eyelashes with the brush. Let it dry for 1 minute before applying mascara. The "Lipocils Expert" serum is an excellent mascara base.
Use the serum morning & evening as a 28-day treatment.

Surtout que j'en mets 2 fois par jour...
Je vous explique : j'ai des "extensions de cils" parce que je n'en pratiquement plus en raison de problèmes endocriniens (et restant de tumeur au cerveau à cause de ça : grrr !).
Du coup, en appliquant bien le sérum au ras des cils, les rares naturels, poussent !
Ceux du bas, quasiment rien, poussent également et là, il n'y a pas d'extensions !
J'ai essayé un produit connu d'une autre marque.
Il fonctionne, mais plus cher, et désormais hors budget...

J'utilise Lipocils le matin et le soir et pour le moment je ne vois pas les effets sur la longueur des cils.
Néanmoins ils semblent plus denses et ne tombent plus.
C'est une très bonne base avant d'appliquer le mascara.
