On cleansed eyelashes, apply the serum to the roots of the upper and lower eyelashes with the foam tip, then to all the eyelashes with the brush. Let dry for 1 minute before applying mascara. "The "Lipocils" serum is an excellent mascara base".
Use the serum morning & evening as a 28-day treatment.
For daily maintenance, use the serum 3 to 4 times a week following the treatment, which must be renewed every 3 months.
