ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are prepared within 48 working hours; to this you must add the transport delivery times.

Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will be processed on the next working day.

The order is delivered to the address shown on the order form. In the event of an input error, in particular an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, Talika cannot be held liable for the consequences in terms of delay or impossibility of delivery. All costs relating to the reshipment of the products due to an input error by the customer shall be borne exclusively by the customer.

Delivery times may not exceed 30 working days after the date on which the Customer's payment is validated.

The stated times are warehouse departure times.
 

For shipments of products by Colissimo, TNT or to Pickup Points

Average delivery times are 3 to 7 working days from validation of payment.

This time is an average time corresponding to the service used for delivery in France and in Europe (Schengen area).

In the event of absence, the customer will be responsible for collecting the product from the relevant services.

In the event of public holidays, periods of high activity such as sales, bad weather, exceptional closures or traffic bans, the processing and delivery times may be extended.
 

Delivery tracking:

After validation of payment, an order number is assigned to you. Your order is then registered. We advise you to print the order number and keep it. You can track the steps of its processing at any time within your Customer area " My Account ".

The Customer must provide a valid e-mail address, failing which Talika cannot be held responsible for the consequences arising therefrom. The Customer must ensure that their data in their Customer area is kept up to date.

COUNTRIES SERVED

The countries served by the TALIKA website are France, the French Overseas Departments and Territories, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. In the event of an order to a country other than metropolitan France, the customer is the importer of the product(s) concerned.

For all Products shipped outside the European Union and the French Overseas Departments and Territories, the price will automatically be calculated exclusive of tax on the invoice.

Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. They shall be borne by and are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

CONDITIONS FOR EXERCISING AND PROCEDURE FOR RETURNS

In accordance with the provisions of article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to give any reason, provided the product is not opened or damaged. The period begins on the day the order is received by the customer or by the third party designated by them. If the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public or non-working holiday, it is extended until the next working day.

To exercise their right of return, the customer must notify Talika of their decision to withdraw, stating the reason for the return, before the expiry of the period, by contacting contact@talika.com by email

The customer shall return to Talika, without undue delay and at the latest within a period of 14 days from the communication of their decision to withdraw, the item(s) subject to the right of withdrawal.

Returns are to be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing them to be placed back on the market in new condition, accompanied by the purchase invoice. Damaged, soiled or incomplete products will not be taken back.

For the purposes of proper receipt and in order to speed up the processing of the return, the customer must follow one of the procedures below.

  • Pack the product(s) to be returned and enclose the duly completed delivery note.

They will be informed by e-mail that the processing of their return has been duly carried out.

REFUND

In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, Talika will refund to the Customer the price of the item(s) concerned and, in the event of return of the entire order, the shipping costs according to the least expensive standard shipping method offered by Talika.

The Customer shall bear the cost of returning said items. The amounts of said costs are specified for information purposes in article 6.4.

In the event of return of one or more items subject to a promotional offer or sales, the refund amount will be that shown on the invoice enclosed with the parcel.

The refund will take place after receipt by TALIKA of the item(s) subject to the Customer's withdrawal.

The refund will be made within a period of 14 days from receipt, by TALIKA, of the Products returned by the Customer under the conditions provided for in this article.

The refund may not take place if the item concerned has suffered a depreciation resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and/or conformity.
