Prepare the skin
Cleanse and dry the face. You may apply a lotion, a serum or a cream but no photosensitising product (retinol, high-dose AHAs), nor any sunscreen or make-up.

Adjust the mask
Position the mask on the face and adjust the straps at the back of the head.

Start the cycle
Select the programme number with the remote control. 3 to 6 minutes per session, with automatic stop. 3 to 5 times a week.

How long before you see the first results?
Our clinical tests show that the first "healthy glow" and anti-redness effects are visible from the very first session, results on blemishes from 7 days, and the reduction of spots and wrinkles from 28 days.
Is the mask suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. It does not heat up the epidermis because it contains no infrared or UV radiation and is specifically programmed to optimise how the cells absorb the light, without saturating or depleting them.
Can the mask cause hyperpigmentation?
The mask does not heat up the skin and does not cause post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. It is therefore suitable for all complexions, including phototypes 3 to 6 (olive to dark skin tones).
The LED Therapy Mask also offers 2 anti-dark-spot programmes:
– MODE 02 BROWN SPOTS for older, low-inflammatory spots linked to UV exposure, skin ageing and hormones (melasma).
– MODE 06 POST-BLEMISH SPOTS for recent spots linked to breakouts. This mode is fairly powerful, so the skin should be allowed to recover for 48h between 2 uses.
NB: blue light, which can be pro-inflammatory when it comes from solar radiation, is perfectly controlled within the LED Therapy Mask so as not to cause hyperpigmentation.
Is the mask suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women?
In principle, the mask presents no contraindication for pregnant or breastfeeding women, but it has not been specifically tested on this group, so we recommend consulting your doctor before any use.

How many sessions per week are needed?
You should plan for 3 to 5 sessions per week. Most sessions last 3 minutes; mode 03 BLEMISHES lasts 6 minutes.
Allow the skin to rest for 48h between 2 sessions of programmes 03 BLEMISHES and 06 POST-BLEMISHES.
Can it be used with your usual skincare products?
It can be used on bare skin or after applying a skincare product to optimise its absorption into the skin. However, avoid potentially irritating products (retinol, exfoliants, etc.) and do not use the mask over make-up or sunscreen, as these could reduce its effectiveness.
Can several programmes be run one after another?
Our programmes are multifunctional, so we recommend using only 1 programme at a time.
Is the mask safe? Does it contain UV?
The LED Therapy Mask does not generate UV. It complies with CE standards.
How do you clean and care for the mask?
Clean the inner side of the mask with a soft cloth lightly dampened with 70-degree alcohol. Do not use abrasive cleaning products or solvents, and do not immerse the device.
Store the device flat in a dry place, away from dust and direct sunlight. Do not fold it excessively.
What's in the box?
It contains the silicone LED mask, its wired remote control with programme selector, its adjustment straps and the user manual.
